Synopsis
Innovative Problem Solving is about seeking fresh and innovative solutions to problems and identifying opportunities to improve the way that we do things at work. Employees who employ creativity find ease in learning and adapting and distinguish themselves as they are able to think differently, unconventionally, generate novel solutions, view problems through multiple lenses, generate novel solutions and solve problems effectively and efficiently to deliver the best results.
In this interactive and highly practical 2-day workshop, participants will learn to develop the innovative mindset and skillset that are essential in innovation and creativity. Participants will learn how to think “out of the box”, discover new ideas, make decisions and solve problems effectively, and leading to both personal and organisational success in a dynamic marketplace.
Objectives
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
