Venkat V.M. Lingam is an International Trainer with more than 13 years of training experience having trained 21,000 participants. He is a certified Trainer in Australia (TAFE), Malaysia (HRDF) and Singapore (SSG). His passion for developing people started in the L&D and

human capital development areas and that encouraged him to include an important aspect of Emotional Intelligence to transform and change perspectives in individuals. He has trained candidates in various sectors from F&B, Travel & Tourism, Environmental Services

and for the past 8 years on the Leadership & People Management and Service Excellence framework. A number of government-affiliated training centers have sought his services, including Kaplan Professional, NTUC LearningHub, and Guilford Training Centre.
