Methodologies
This course has been designed using androgyny techniques to maximize learning. Through experiential learning, presentations, individual and group exercises, group discussions, role-play, demonstrations, personal sharing and the use of video clips.
Programme Trainer
Samantha Sim is an expert in instructional design (ADDIE/SAM), experiential learning, competency-based learning solutions, L&D strategy mapping, operational service improvements, leadership, customer relationship management & project management.
She has a solid background in modern training techniques and concepts, and has provided training to business professionals, corporations, government agencies, as well as professional associations. Having worked as a facilitator with various industries for more than 15 years, Samantha carries with her the vast experience in the field of learning and performance. She has developed, among others, her own signature program "Service Race", an experiential approach to address service issues and implement service improvements for her clients with value-add training. Her workshops are grounded with practical solutions and are engaging with adult-learning activities for easy transfer of learning.
Samantha has been carried out a range of services which include designing or re-designing service flow & streamlining processes, determining root cause of issues to improve efficiency by diving deep to inspect/observe processes & work units and removing blockers & raising the service bars; auditing and benchmarking; identifying competency gaps/learning need analysis, developing/reviewing L&D policies & processes interventions that align with organisational goals.
