Emotional intelligence has long been identified to be the #1 predictor of professional success and personal excellence. Unlike IQ, it is also widely agreed that EQ is easily learnable and can be improved fairly rapidly.

This workshop will provide a good understanding of the two core components of EQ: intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligence, as well as a step-by-step plan for increasing emotional intelligence using the four core EQ skills – self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management.
