Introduction
In today’s ever transformational and challenging environment driven by digital and technology advances in numerous areas, personal resilience is arguably an important resource to develop in employees for coping well. This course aims to introduce to participants the skills that will increase their confidence in their ability to bounce back from the many pressures and adversities they encounter in today’s ever transformational workplace. Methodologies
This program will be delivered via conceptual briefing using written and visual aids. To enhance learning effectiveness and transfer, experiential learning will be emphasised.
