Basic Accounting Course
The workplace has evolved into a multi-skills environment, with the expectation that all employees should have some form of knowledge or grasp of concepts in various business disciplines such as Basic Accounting as well as Finance. With this basic accounting course in Singapore conducted by MDC, participants can now embark on a journey of learning more about the fundamentals of accounting.
This course teaches Accounting Principles along with examples. Participants are shown step-by-step examples and at the end of this basic accounting course, they will be able to prepare a set of accounts. No prior background of Accounting or Finance is required to attend this accounting course.

Programme Trainer
Lawrence Poh graduated with a degree in Economics and Japanese Studies from the National University of Singapore. He is a Fellow with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, (FCCA), a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), an Accredited Tax Practitioner (ATP) and a member of Singapore Institute of Directors (SID). He has bagged with him more than 20 years of field experience in accounts, finance, human resources, information technologies and training.
He is ACTA certified and Master in Applied Linguistics at National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University.
