Important Notice for Enterprises

Enterprise Portal for Jobs and Skills (EPJS) is the one-stop portal for Enterprises to explore information and resources on relevant jobs and skills initiatives under SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and Workforce Singapore (WSG).

For courses with a course run start date on or after 1 Nov 2020, enterprises will transact using EPJS. Please ensure that accurate business information (SME or non-SME) is reflected for your enterprise.

If your enterprise meets the SME criteria and inaccurate status is accorded, you will need to submit a digital declaration of SME status in EPJS. Kindly refer to the SME Declaration Guide for detailed instructions.

C. How to use SkillsFuture Credit

SkillsFuture Credit aims to encourage individuals to take ownership of their skills development and lifelong learning. All Singaporeans aged 25 and above will receive an opening credit of S$500. They will also receive a one-off SkillsFuture Credit top-up of $500 that will expire by 31 Dec 2025. Additional one-off SkillsFuture Credit (mid-career support) of $500 is available for Singaporeans aged 40 to 60.

Note: The SkillsFuture Qualification Award will be discontinued effect from 1 January 2023. Eligible applications will have to be submitted via the MySkillsFuture portal by 31 March 2023.

F. Terms and Conditions

Registration for courses funded by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) is subjected to further suitability and eligibility checks by both SSG and Management Development and Consultancy (MDC). Participants are required to have the ability to speak, listen, read, and write in the course of work using English as the main language of communication. They are expected to have at least a Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Proficiency Level 5 or GCE “N”/“O” Level pass. They are strongly encouraged to achieve 100% attendance per module. Should the participant not meet the minimum eligibility criteria, fulfil attendance criteria, and complete all necessary assessments as required by SSG and MDC, the participant will be deemed as “Not Yet Competent” (NYC) and is liable to pay the full fees for the consumed module(s).
